Product is great, but owner is hard to communicate with. I emailed him about my bumper, not having the tow hitch cut out even though at the time, his website said it would. After not hearing back from him for over a week I reached out again to see if he saw my email, his response was I don’t typically cut out the tow hitch because people don’t usually want it and it looks bad if it’s cut and there’s no hitch. He offered to remake me the bumper and pay for the shipping to which I suggested to get it cut somewhere near me and just pay for it to get cut and to re-powder coated, so it wouldn’t take up too much of his time. So either way he’d have to pay for the powder coat. it took him over a week to respond to which he said, I’ll see what I can do again I don’t usually cut the hitch because most people don’t want it. After telling him that his website still said it would come pre-cut he finally said he’ll just refund me the money. but seemed annoyed that he had to pay for the powder coat.
Man it makes me sad that you edited this review. It's well known that it is only me doing absolutely everything. I had to figure out what exactly was going on because the bumper was delivered in March and you contacted me about the Hitch cut out in October. The product is always evolving and I had to verify if any revisions had been made on the product. I also was not aware that the part had already been powder coated when I offered to hand cut you a new one, ship it and cover the return shipping. But, once you pointed out the website had not been Updated as I thought, I immediately refunded you the cost to have the hitch cut out added and to recoat it which was your suggested plan. I'm sorry I wasn't able to give you a better experience, I can only try to do better in the future.
